The pilot plan "Promulgate and raise public awareness of environmental protection and biodiversity conservation in Con Dao combined with a scenic photo spot (check-in)" referred to as "Con Dao Dawn" was officially put into operation by the Management Board of Con Dao National Tourist Area on December 16, 2023 at the Mobile Ranger Station area.
