Con Dao welcomes visitors during the holiday vacation.

On April 28th, Con Dao welcomed and served 5,250 visitors, bringing the total number of visitors to Con Dao from April 27th until now to over 8,000, an increase of 10.8% compared to the same period. There were 181 international visitors to Con Dao in the past two days. The room occupancy rate reached approximately 96.1% for the day. The total tourism revenue from the beginning of the holiday period until now has reached over 29.4 billion VND, an increase of 10.98% compared to the same period.

"Long holidays, favorable weather, and calm seas support activities such as visiting historical sites and exploring the marine ecosystem. The district of Con Dao also organizes various exciting sports and entertainment activities such as culinary experiences, cycling, hiking, and cultural performances to enhance the tourists' experience and prolong their stay. With three more days until the April 30th and May 1st holidays, and such favorable weather, it is certain that the number of visitors will increase tomorrow," said the Management Board of Con Dao National Park.
It is known that on April 27th, there were 19 flights bringing passengers from Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho to Con Dao. On April 28th, there were 21 flights to Con Dao. Vasco Airlines plans to add 5 more planes to accommodate the increasing passenger demand
Regarding sea routes, on April 27th and 28th, there were 6 express ferry trips each day from Vung Tau, Can Tho, and Soc Trang to Con Dao and vice versa. According to the plan of the Ben Dam Port Management Board, from April 29th to May 1st, there will be a regular schedule of 6 daily boat trips connecting Vung Tau, Can Tho, and Soc Trang with Con Dao, providing convenience for tourists and residents to travel."
