The contest is an exciting political activity in the whole district Party Committee to promote the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT / TW of the Politburo and the Central Resolution 4 (term XII); consolidating beliefs and strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation; struggling, opposing wrong or hostile views; improve the leadership and fighting ability of the Party, and show the pride and responsibility of Con Dao district officials and party members in building an increasingly clean and strong district Party Committee.

The contest has the participation of 14 teams from 45 Party Committees, Party Cells under the District Party Committee with 181 contestants and nearly 400 mass actors; attracted more than 1,000 audience members directly to cheer on the teams. The contest consists of 3 parts: The first part is called "Congratulation to Uncle Ho": in this competition, the teams introduce themselves about the composition of the contest team; summarizing outstanding functions and tasks of agencies and member units in the forms of literature, poetry, dances, plays, plays and stage plays;

At the end of the Contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 01 first prizes, 02 second prizes, 03 collective third prizes and 08 consolation prizes to the participating teams. In addition, the Organizing Committee has submitted the sub-prizes for the teams with the best presentation and answer to multiple choice questions.
