Vietnam Airlines launches Premium Economy tickets on routes Ho Chi Minh City - Con Dao, Can Tho - Con Dao, from April 29.
Vietnam Airlines is the first airline to operate Premium Economy on this route. Passengers have their own check-in counter, priority-tagged luggage, and receive service vouchers at the airport restaurant before boarding time.
Before departure, Premium Economy passengers are given priority to board the plane and after landing, they are given priority to disembark first, saving waiting time.
On the flight, passengers are served snacks and drinks. Airplanes install additional dividing curtains at the end of the aircraft to increase the sense of separation and comfort. Lotusmiles members of Vietnam Airlines are entitled to a mileage factor of 120-130%, much higher than that of a regular class of 10-100%. "These are all additional benefits that are superior to the regular ticket class, bringing new and exciting experiences to passengers," said a representative of Vietnam Airlines.
