Campaign of total environmental sanitation

Implementation of the plan No. 110, April 19th, 2019 of the Con Dao District People's Committee (CD) on the organization of total sanitation for the holidays in April and May 2019; on the morning of April 21st, the units and organizations and the people of the district had a total of environmental sanitation in the district.

Accordingly, agencies, armed forces units, people in residential areas and restaurants and hotels in the district have conducted garbage collection at beaches. At the same time, the Management Board and mass organizations of residential area have mobilized a large number of people to clean up the environment, clear up dust, clean up internal roads and collect garbage at residential management area.
Along with that, the local youth union members also cleaned up the area of Hang Duong Con Dao Cemetery.
The general cleaning session in the whole district attracted hundreds of people to participate. Through this activity, to raise the sense of responsibility of each person for the preservation of environmental sanitation and the landscape of Con Dao; ensuring urban beauty, green and beautiful environment to serve tourists and people visiting the holidays. At the same time, in order to create a good impression in the hearts of tourists and delegates to participate in activities to celebrate the 44th anniversary of the liberation of the South, unification of the country, 44 years of liberation of Con Dao and 40 years of establishment of the national relics area. Specialists from Con Dao prison will take place on the island district on the last days of April 2019.
